We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to conduct property inspections, prepare reports, and advise on building defects and maintenance.

Conduct detailed building surveys and defect analysis.

Prepare Homebuyer Reports, condition surveys, and structural reports.

Advise on repair and refurbishment options.

Provide expert witness reports in disputes

MRICS or AssocRICS qualification preferred.

Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
