We are looking for an experienced Dilapidations Surveyor to assess and prepare detailed dilapidations schedules for commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections and prepare schedules of dilapidations.
Advise landlords and tenants on lease obligations.
Provide expert witness reports in dispute cases.
Negotiate settlements between landlords and tenants.
Requirements
RICS-qualified surveyor with experience in dilapidations.
Strong understanding of lease agreements and property law.
Excellent negotiation and report-writing skills.
