We are looking for a qualified Party Wall Surveyor to manage party wall matters and prepare Party Wall Awards under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

Conduct site inspections and prepare condition schedules.

Draft and issue Party Wall Notices and Awards.

Negotiate with adjoining owners and their surveyors.

Provide expert advice on party wall disputes.

RICS, CIOB, or FPWS accreditation preferred.

Experience in party wall matters and dispute resolution.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
